Taxes
Orders shipped to countries outside of Chile may incur customs duties and taxes.
Responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed rests with the customer.
Inventory
In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store.
In the event that an out-of-stock item is purchased, you will be notified via email as soon as we are informed and a refund or preferred resolution will be granted.
Return and Refund Policy
We offer return or exchange for another (s) product (s).
For changes, your order or part of your order must be returned within 90 days from the date of the email confirming your dispatch.
Returns are within 10 days from when you receive your order to request a refund of money.
Items must be in original and unused condition.
WITHIN CHILE the cost of shipping the product to Locoló (Santiago) is borne by the customer (except if it is due to failure). Instead, the cost of shipping the new order to the customer's address in regions, will be paid by Locoló.
For INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES the customer will have to pay for BOTH shipments:
1. The one from Locoló to abroad.
2. The consumer to Locoló, Santiago de Chile.

DENTRO DE CHILE el costo de envío del producto hacia Locoló (Santiago) corre por el cliente (exceptuando si es por falla). En cambio, el costo de envío del nuevo pedido hacia el domicilio del cliente en regiones, será costeado por Locoló.
Para CAMBIOS INTERNACIONALES el cliente tendrá que costear AMBOS envíos:
1. El de Locoló hacia el extranjero.
2. El del consumidor hacia Locoló, Santiago de Chile.
